Refund & Cancellation Policy

 We’re committed to providing accurate, professional service. If something doesn’t meet your expectations or plans change, here’s what you need to know:

· Refunds: Not satisfied with your appraisal? You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your report. Email us at info@islandautoappraisals.com with a clear explanation. We’ll review your request and let you know if a refund applies.

· Cancellations: Need to cancel? Let us know at least 24 hours in advance to get a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 fee.
